Something romantic to do together
During the day, send one message that creates warmth without explicit pressure: a memory, a compliment, or a suggestion for later. Avoid sending a sexual message when your partner is in a context where it may feel exposing or inconvenient.
One concrete act of attention
When you meet, make eye contact, smile, and greet your partner before discussing logistics. Touch the waist or arm, say they look good, and let them feel noticed as a romantic partner rather than only a co-manager of life.
In bed: read this together
Use teasing restraint in bed: kiss for several minutes before touching genitals, or touch over clothing before undressing. Ask which area your partner wants you to focus on first. If you choose intercourse, try the receiving partner on top while the other uses hands on hips, thighs, chest, or external genitals according to preference.
A gentle rule for the week
Enthusiasm matters more than completing the suggestion. Adjust for health, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, disability, pain, energy, privacy, contraception, and personal boundaries.
