Say the loving thought you often assume your partner already knows.

Something romantic to do together
Plan a short walk together, even if it is only around the neighborhood. During the walk, tell your partner three things you appreciate: one about their character, one about what they do, and one about the way they look. Let them receive the compliments without dismissing or returning them immediately.
One concrete act of attention
Send a message during the day that is warm but not demanding: 'I caught myself thinking about your smile. No need to answer - I just wanted you to know.' Later, notice a task they usually carry and take it over without being asked.
In bed: read this together
Create a slow start by sitting facing each other on the bed and kissing while fully clothed. Let one partner guide the other's hand to places that feel good, using simple words such as 'slower,' 'there,' or 'more pressure.' A seated embrace, with one partner straddling the other's lap only if comfortable, allows close kissing and controlled movement. It can remain foreplay or become intercourse; neither outcome is required.
A gentle rule for the week
Enthusiasm matters more than completing the suggestion. Adjust for health, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, disability, pain, energy, privacy, contraception, and personal boundaries.
