Build romance through sound, scent, taste, touch, and sight.
Something romantic to do together
Choose one pleasant detail for each sense: music, a subtle scent, a favorite drink or dessert, a soft blanket, and warm lighting. Do not overcomplicate it. The date can happen at home after an ordinary dinner.
One concrete act of attention
Offer your partner a small sensory gift: fresh sheets, a shoulder massage with an unscented or skin-safe lotion, their favorite fruit, or a playlist for the drive to work. Avoid strongly perfumed products on genital skin.
In bed: read this together
In bed, take turns being the receiver for five minutes. The giver explores safe, agreed touch while the receiver keeps eyes closed and gives feedback. Use plenty of compatible lubricant for genital touch if needed. If you choose intercourse, a supported side-by-side position allows hands to remain free for additional stimulation and keeps movement easy and controlled.
A gentle rule for the week
Enthusiasm matters more than completing the suggestion. Adjust for health, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, disability, pain, energy, privacy, contraception, and personal boundaries.
