Interrupt the workday with affection that asks for nothing back.

Interrupt the workday with affection that asks for nothing back.
Something romantic to do together
Send a voice note or message around lunch: one appreciation, one memory, and one invitation for the evening. Keep it private and suitable for where your partner will receive it.
One concrete act of attention
Examples include: 'I appreciated how patient you were this morning. I keep thinking about our weekend by the sea. Could we have a drink together after bedtime?' The combination of gratitude, shared history, and a clear plan feels personal.
In bed: read this together
When you meet later, begin with the promised drink and conversation. In bed, ask your partner to choose whether they want to give, receive, or share stimulation. Oral sex can be unhurried and focused on feedback; flavored products should only be used if they are designed for intimate use and do not cause irritation. Follow with any comfortable position you both enjoy, or let oral sex be enough.
A gentle rule for the week
Enthusiasm matters more than completing the suggestion. Adjust for health, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, disability, pain, energy, privacy, contraception, and personal boundaries.
